Your Sales and Success Coach is Paul Peloso. Paul is the founder and president of The Sales Solution. He was originally born in the Bronx NY and lived there for the first ten years of his life. His parents decided to make a better life by moving to California where he has been since. While growing up Paul learned the Value of Honesty, Integrity and Hard Work these virtues were carried into his family and business life. Paul realized at a young age there wasn't going to be much money to go around especially for the youngest of five children. Although his parents did their best to make ends meet Paul always had a desire to have more, be more and do more. It's been his desire, drive and determination that have earned him the success that he has in life. Paul has never accepted that life couldn't be better. He just needed to learn the "Secrets of Success".

In 1988 Paul started a carpet cleaning company where he found his first real financial and business success. He built a company from a part time income into a profitable business venture. During these years of his business Paul experienced over 7000 sales transactions. He tried, tested and documented the most effective sales and business strategies and has created this company to share his experience with you.

After thirteen years of hard work Paul cleaned up by selling his company and started his career in direct sales. It was at this time that Paul started his journey into the Sales, Success and Self Help industry. After just a few years he managed to reach top sales in the nation for one of largest manufacturers in the world. He used the lessons and techniques that he learned as a business owner to become a top performing salesman.

Paul has worked with thousands of customers he learned how to successfully deal with all different personality types. He has worked with hundreds of sales professionals with performance and communication issues. Many challenges included building relationships, emotional difficulties, low motivation, lack of basic skills and self-esteem issues. He has spent the past ten years studying and researching the most effective methods for creating long-lasting change. Paul's dream is to pursue his passion to empower others to live a magnificent, powerful, inspirational, passionate, and successful life.

Having experienced firsthand what it's like to struggle with obstacles to success such as self-defeating habits, limited beliefs, unproductive behaviors, debt and despair. Paul now runs The Sales Solution and is enjoying a healthy and successful life. He holds a Master degree from the School of Hard Knocks and Self Learning, knowing that experience is the best teacher. Paul is now using his over 20 years of sales, success and self help experience to be a results driven Success Coach, Sales Coach and Sales Trainer.
